If you use SimpleBills through your property, then each resident has a separate bill and a separate account. Residents are billed according to who is listed in the lease agreement, rather than by resident request.
If you use SimpleBills on your own and the utilities are in your or your roommate's name, reach out to us! We just need each roommate to confirm the percentage change via email. When we have received unanimous agreement, we will be able to make the requested percentage change.
Keep in mind that our system is designed to divide bills evenly for active residents, so it is possible the percentage may revert back to the original agreement. If so, please let us know and we would be happy to make the necessary adjustments!
