Can we customize our bill percentages?

Absolutely! Just reach out to us and one of the following things will happen:

If you use SimpleBills through your property:
We will need to get confirmation of the percentage change from you and your roommates via email. When we have received unanimous agreement, we will be able to make the requested percentage change. Please note, at properties that require you to use SimpleBills, any percentage change will only be for the current month. You will need to contact us every month that you want to customize your percentage. 

If you use SimpleBills on your own and the utilities are in your or your roommate's name:
We will need to get confirmation of the percentage change from you and your roommates via email. When we have received unanimous agreement, we will be able to make the requested percentage change. This percentage will remain customized until you request us to change it again.
