- One of the portions might've been prorated due to someone not being present for the entirety of the bill's usage period. This is a service we only offer to residents at properties that keep the utilities in the property's name.
- If your bill amount is an odd number, the amount cannot be divided perfectly into even portions. In cases like this, you might see a percentage like 50.01%.
