I moved in before today, but the application won’t let me enter an earlier move in date.

Only customers trying to sign up for service in certain parts of Texas will get this message. Because we start electric service for those customers, only the current date or a future one can be entered into the application.

If you're getting this message and you don't live in Texas, you may have entered the wrong address on your application. If you're signing up late and need to be included on a monthly invoice, contact customer service and they'll be able to adjust your start date.
