If you are looking for your Grande Internet/Cable bill and you live in Waco please review the following.
Earlier this year, Grande merged with two other companies. During this merge, billing was delayed significantly. Grande is aware that billing has been delayed and is working on streamlining its internal billing process to get things back on track. These issues have prevented SimpleBills from billing consistently in 2018 for Grande. We have ended our partnership with Grande where we received the bills directly from Grande.
We will still invoice residents for bills from June 2018 through September 2018 when we receive those bills from Grande.
Grande has assured SimpleBills that during this transition and billing delays that there will be NO LATES FEE and NO SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS.
If you have your own Grande account and have created an online account with a username and password, we can still manage this bill.
