If you would like to disable AutoPay follow these easy steps:
- Sign in to your SimpleBills account.
- Click on the Payment Methods tab on the top of your screen.
- Select the AutoPay section and the left side of the page.
- Click the slider to disable AutoPay and click Save.
Please allow 24 hours for this to save in our system, if your bill will run on AutoPay within the next 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that payment will not already be queued to run.
