If you are using SimpleBills on your own and the utilities are in your name, it depends on the provider! When you link the utilities for your account, the instructions let you know whether SimpleBills needs the online log-in information or for the provider to send us an e-bill. SimpleBills is then able to manage those bills on your behalf.
If you are using SimpleBills through your property, we work directly with your property's utility account to access and manage your utilities. This allows us to provide the best service for you!
