When will my utilities be paid?

• If your property uses SimpleBills:

No worries, Simplebills will be paying your utility providers through your property. 

• If you use SimpleBills on your own and utilities are in your or your roommate's name,

Once you have successfully linked your utilities through SimpleBills, then your utility bills will be scheduled for monthly payment by or before the provider due date. You can view your linked utilities in the Utilities tab of your SimpleBills account.

If you just linked a new utility, you will receive an email from our billing department letting you know if any additional action is required to manage the provider bill. Be sure the utility account holder checks their email!
