How can I update my account information?

If you are not updating the primary account information, but would like to update the secondary email address or secondary phone number follow these four easy steps:

  1. Login to the Simple Bills account.
  2. Click on the Settings_Gear.PNG in the top right corner.
  3. Find the Profile section
  4. Update the secondary email or phone number and click save.

Note: If you want to update any of the primary information (the gray boxes), contact us and we'd be happy to do it for you.
