If you have moved out early at a property that requires you to use SimpleBills, please contact us. We will then contact your property for confirmation of your move out. In some cases, you will be charged through the end of your lease. The property makes the final decision on whether or not you are responsible for the utilities.
If you live at a location or property that does not require you to use SimpleBills, we will contact your roommates for confirmation of your move out. If all roommates give their consent, we will remove you from the bill and redivide it among the remaining roommates. Once your final bill is paid, your account will become inactive.
