In order to cancel your account you will need to contact us to let us know when you intend to end service. Following this, one of a couple of things may happen:
If you do not live at a property that requires SimpleBills, we may ask you to have a roommate call or email us to confirm your end of service.
If you do live at a property that requires SimpleBills, we can reach out to your property management on your behalf to confirm your end of service.
Any of this can be handled through email or with a quick call to one of our team members.
