In order to cancel your account you will need to contact us to let us know when you intend to end service. Following this, one of a couple of things may happen:
If you use SimpleBills on your own and utilities are in your name or in a roommate's name, we may ask you to have a roommate call or email us to confirm your end of service.
If you use SimpleBills through your property, we can reach out to your property management on your behalf to confirm your end of service. Please keep in mind that residents are responsible for utility usage through the active lease term!
