Why has my checking/bank account been removed from my SimpleBills account?

If a payment on your checking account is returned as invalid, it is removed from your account to prevent additional failed attempts. Most likely, the routing or account number was entered incorrectly. No worries! After the payment method is removed, you can try entering it again on the account.

If a payment returns with non-sufficient funds (NSF), you can try again with the same payment method. After a third payment returns NSF, the checking account is removed from your profile. In this situation, the option to continue paying with a checking account is disabled to prevent future failed payments.
