Why is my old address showing on my dashboard?

 

If you use SimpleBills through your property, the address should update along with your updated lease agreement. If you receive a bill for utility usage for the old address for dates after you moved out, please let us know!

If you use SimpleBills on your own and the utilities are in your or your roommate's name, 

Did you already get confirmation that you moved out? If yes, it is possible that you have not yet received a bill for the new address. Once the next bill is received, the address will update.

If you already received confirmation that you moved out, completed your sign-up for the new address and expect to see a new bill, contact us and let us know!
