If you use SimpleBills through your property, you do not need to connect your utilities because they are set up through your property!
If you use SimpleBills on your own and utilities are in your or your roommates' name, then the utility account holder can disconnect the utility directly through the provider!
If your utility is no longer linked in the Utilities tab of your SimpleBills account, most likely we need updated information for your account! Have the utility account holder check their email to see what other action or information is needed to manage the provider bill.
