Finishing setting up my account

  • If your property uses SimpleBills:

Be on the lookout for an email from Simplebills with specific step-by-step signup instructions for reach resident. If you are within a week from beginning your new lease and have not received your sign-up instructions, please give us a call so that we can get you set up!

 

1. You should have received an email from SimpleBills with your username (typically the email address on file with your property) and a unique password. Use that to log in here

If you can't find that email, no worries, just use the "Forgot Password" option to reset your password to log in. 

2. Once you log in, you will be walked through the final steps of finishing your account. Which include, but not limited to, adding a payment method on file and agreeing to the SimpleBills Top Five and Terms of Service. 

3. You are done! Finishing your account was that Simple!
