Does SimpleBills issue refunds or credit?

If you paid more than you owe on a bill, in most cases you will receive a credit on your account to be applied to the next billing cycle. If SimpleBills needs to refund your account after you have stopped using our services then you will receive a refund. There may be other situations in which a refund, instead of a credit, may also be requested.
