Why don't I get my invoice on the same day each month?

Although we try to keep things as consistent as possible, you may not always receive your invoice on the same day each month. This is because we cannot invoice you until we have received all of your utility bills from all of your utility providers.

Once we receive your bills, we'll put your invoice on your SimpleBills account and notify you by email.
