If your utility provider has released a new bill on their website but you don't have a new SimpleBills invoice yet, the following reasons might explain why:
- Your SimpleBills invoice is still being processed. We try our best to retrieve all utility bills within 48 hours of them being posted on your utility providers' websites.
- We are waiting for your other utility bills to be released in order to send them to you on one combined invoice. Don't worry--we won't cause you to be late on any of your bills!
- There might be an issue with your utility account information that prevents us from accessing your utility account. If this is the case, we will contact you in order to get the corrected account information.
