If the PDF bill is available on your current invoice, follow these steps to view it:
- Navigate to the My Bill page of your SimpleBills account.
- Click on the on any line item of your bill.
- Click on the icon to download the available PDF.
If there is a PDF available for a past invoice, you'll be able to find it by following these steps:
- Navigate to the My Bill page of your SimpleBills account.
- Click the Bill History link at the top of your invoice.
- Select the bill that you want to view by clicking Details.
- Click on the on any line item of your bill.
- Click on the icon to download the available PDF.
If the PDF bill is not available on your SimpleBills account, you can contact us and request that the PDF be uploaded to your account.
Please Note: We are only able to retrieve the PDF of your current bill. If you want to see PDFs month-to-month, you will need to contact us each month.
Alternatively, if the utilities are in the name of a resident, the account holder should be able to provide the PDF copy of the bill by logging into the utility provider's website directly.
