There are a few reasons why this might happen :
- Often, roommates simply haven't completed their application. If they have an incomplete application, the SimpleBills website will direct them to the application immediately upon signing in. They can simply finish the application to join the group, and contact us to be added to the bill!
- The roommate may have an end-date on their SimpleBills account that has already passed, making them inactive. They can simply renew service at the same address for a later end-date, and contact us to be added to the bill!
