Have them check their SimpleBills account to be sure they haven't missed a step. If your roommate has an incomplete application our website will direct them to the application immediately upon signing in. Once you are sure that your roommate has completed all the necessary steps for their SimpleBills application, please contact our representatives and we would be happy to assist you.
Another reason that your roommate might not be on the bill is that their end date on his/her SimpleBills account has passed, making them inactive. As long as we can verify that a roommate is still living at the residence or still responsible per their lease agreement we can adjust this move out date and make sure that they are included in the bills.
