My account shows that I have a balance, but the website won’t let me pay it.

If the website will not let you submit a payment, then your most recent invoice has been settled. Since your invoice has been settled, you won't be able to pay again this month but may leave you with a balance. This can occur for a few reasons:

  • We received a new bill after you had already paid your initial balance.
  • Bills were adjusted to be divided to the correct roommate portions.

Don't worry about this balance! It will automatically be moved as a "Balance Forward" to your next bill! You will not be charged any late fees, and all of your bills will be paid by our utility bills team.
