Can I have the physical bill from the provider?

This varies! Who is the account holder for this utility bill? 

• If you use SimpleBills on your own and the utility is in your name, you can request that directly with the provider! 
• If you use SimpleBills on your own and the utility is in your roommate's name, the roommate could request it with the provider or we could request a PDF of the bill. 
• If you use SimpleBills through your property and the utility is in the property's name, we could request to see if a PDF of the bill is available!
