Did your utility deposit automatically apply as a payment to the utility bill? This is not something that SimpleBills issues, but that occurs directly through the provider utility account.
When that happened, the balance on your utility account was settled. So, there was not a balance for SimpleBills to divide or schedule payment for. The reimbursement and division of those payments will have to be worked out with the roommates and the utility account holder.
Once there is an available balance to pay, the utility bills can be managed and divided through your SimpleBills account!
