Why do I have two accounts?

There are two main reasons why this might happen!

  • If you use SimpleBills through your property, an account was probably already set up for you! If you signed in to create an account, an additional account was created in your name. 
  • It is also possible that you completed two different applications, but with different email addresses. This would create two accounts in your name.

In either case, contact us and we can help remove that for you!
