Help! My internet/cable is out!

If your cable or Internet isn’t working, there are a few simple fixes you can try.

Remember that if your cable service is out, your high-speed Internet service may be out as well.

1. Make sure your modem and/or router are plugged in and turned on. Sometimes a cord can come loose or be kicked out by accident.
 
2. Try resetting your devices. Power cycle your devices by unplugging them for 30 seconds, then plugging them back in again.
 
3. Contact your cable/internet utility provider to see if there have been any outages reported. SimpleBills helps manage your utility accounts, but we can't provide technical support for cable and internet services.
